I appreciated reading your recent comments on the Baptist Road Wal-Mart.
I have an additional concern: My subdivision was created by the same developer as Chaparral Hills, and has a similar tract being held by him for future development.
If the BOCC allows him to violate his own covenants on Baptist Road, then many more of us are under threat.
Since when can the BOCC vote to change any subdivision’s legal documents?
This prospect does, indeed, stink to high heaven.
