IMA hosting event about overtime regulations
The Institute of Management Accountants is hosting a dinner meeting about overtime regulations and how they affect accounting at 6 p.m. Sept. 21 at the Wyndam Hotel, 5580 Tech Center Drive.

CS World Affairs Council hosting Ueberroth luncheon
Peter Ueberroth will be the keynote speaker at the 25th annual meeting and luncheon of the Colorado Springs World Affairs Council from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 24 at the Broadmoor International Center.
Ueberroth, who was recently named chairman of the United States Olympic Committee, will discuss the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens and the USOC’s presence in the community. He was president of the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee for the 1984 Games and developed the financial and operational blueprint upon which the Olympic movement continues to flourish.
Joining Ueberroth on the program will be William Hybl, chairman and CEO of the El Pomar Foundation, former USOC president and honorary chairman of the CSWAC 25th Anniversary Committee; Dr. Jerry Leach, national president of the World Affairs Councils of America; and Lionel Rivera, mayor of Colorado Springs.
The Cost of the luncheon is $25 for CSWAC members or $250 for a mixed member/guest table; $35 for non-members. Corporate tables are available for $400. Students are $10 each, limit 30.

Center for Deafness hosting third annual mystery fundraiser
