John Morse has been named CEO of Silver Key Senior Services. Morse, who will assume his new position Nov. 15, is currently chief of the Fountain Police Department.

Roger Miller has been promoted to associate at Nolte. He is the managing director of the Colorado Springs office and has more than 24 years of experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering projects.

Paul W. Smith has been promoted to associate at Nolte. He is survey manager of the Denver office and has more than 25 years of surveying experience.

Troy Gillespie has been appointed bank manager of the Tejon and Cascade branches of Peoples National Bank. He has several years of management experience.

Carolyn Solseth has been promoted to chief operating officer of Nichols & Comito LLC. She has been with the company since its inception in 1996.

Mike Hall has been promoted to construction manager of Nichols & Comito LLC. He has been with the company since its inception in 1996.

Rick Nashleanas has received certification as a Certified Court Videographer. He is co-owner of Monarch Technology Management LLC.

Katie Mitzner has joined the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado as communications director. She has worked in the media industry for the past seven years, most recently as a news reporter for WJRT-TV in Flint, Mich.

Cari Shaffer has been appointed by Gov. Bill Owens to serve a six-year term on the Supreme Court of Colorado Nominating Commission. She is the founder and president of Add Staff Inc.

Scott Curtin has been appointed managing partner of Grant Thornton LLP’s Colorado Center. He has been with the firm for seven years.
