Continuing education classes available
BOMA of Southern Colorado will be holding an Ethics is Good Business Shortcourse from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Dec. 6 at the Antlers Hilton Hotel, 4 S. Cascade Ave.
The topics that will be covered include tenant relations, confidentiality, record keeping and trade secrets, proper use of funds and conflicts of interests. The cost of the course is $200 for BOMA members and $220 for non-members. Breakfast, lunch, parking and textbook are included in the price. The class size is limited to 50 people.
The course is required in the RPA and FMA programs and testing for those students only will be from 3 to 4 p.m.

DOR providing wage withholding seminars
The Department of Revenue, in conjunction with the Internal Revenue Service, is offering a free training seminar about wage withholding from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 7 at 1881 Pierce St., Room 100, Lakewood.
The topics that will be covered include federal and state wage withholding regulations, forms and instructions, Department of Labor requirements and unemployment insurance issues.

Soli Deo Gloria community choir performing concert
The 145-voice community choir Soli Deo Gloria will present a free Christmas concert accompanied by brass, percussion and organ at 3 p.m. Dec. 11 at First United Methodist Church, 420 N. Nevada Ave.
Included on the program will be Randol Alan Bass’ “Gloria,” an audience carol sing-along and seasonal choral music by Saint-Saens, Bruckner, Grieg, Lauridsen, Mathias, Rutter, Tavener and others.
