Steve Smith has joined Ware Malcomb as a project manager. He has more than seven years of architectural experience.

Lori Newsom has been named sales manager of the Pueblo Convention Center. She previously was director of sales at Pueblo Hampton.

Denise Wisdom has joined the Pikes Peak Community Action Agency as a development director. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for 13 years, including stints as development coordinator for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society-Colorado Chapter, chief development officer for Girls Scouts-Wagon Wheel Council and vice president of programs for the Urban League of the Pikes Peak Region.

Jack Anderson has joined Colorado Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co. as CEO/general manager. He has 31 years of insurance experience, most recently as State Claims manager and vice president of claims for Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Co.

Lynne Telford has been appointed president and CEO of the Center for Non-Profit Excellence. She has 25 years of experience as a financial executive in the nonprofit and corporate sectors, most recently as vice president and CFO of the Pikes Peak United Way.

Rob Rolley has joined Keller Williams Commercial Realty as a broker associate. He has experience in customer service, development and leadership, having been involved with community development for the past 18 years.

Faye Dahl has joined U.S. Bank’s downtown exchange as a personal banker. She has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Wayne Bland has joined Premier Mortgage Group. He has 16 years of experience and is a former real estate broker.

Dean J. Granholm has been named district manager for the Colorado and Wyoming U.S. Postal Service District. Colorado/Wyoming is one of the largest geographical districts in the nation with 14,000 postal employees, 603 post offices and a delivery area of over 200,000 square miles.

Edward Easterlin has been appointed chief planning and financial officer of Colorado Springs Utilities. He has served as a general manager in the planning and finance division since 2002.

Theresa Solano has joined Affordable Residential Communities Inc. as Hispanic marketing manager for the West Coast. She previously was marketing/promotion and community affairs director for Telemundo/NBC in Denver.

Charles “Chase” Taylor has joined the staff of U.S. Rep. Tom Tancredo as a constituent advocate in the congressman’s Centennial office. Taylor is a graduate of The Colorado Springs School and the University of Denver.

Debra Krause-Reinsch has been appointed executive director of the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony Association. She previously worked for the Girls Scouts Wagon Wheel Council as membership and marketing director, assistant executive director and chief operating officer.
