Chuck Webb CRB, CRS has taken over as sales manger of ERA Shields Real Estate’s Tech Center Office. He joined the company in 2003 and has 27 hears of sales and management experience, having previously served as branch manager at the Broadmoor office.

Eddie Hurt, broker/partner at ERA Shields Real Estate, has assumed the position of branch manager of the company’s Broadmoor office. He joined the company in 1998 and became a partner in 2001.

Wynne Palermo of Wynne Realty was a delegate to the World Congress of the International Real Estate Federation in Athens, Greece. Delegates from 39 countries discussed business trends and visited real estate sites.

Karen Jernigan has joined M.D. News Magazine as regional sales manager for the Colorado Springs and Denver editions. She has several years of direct sales experience and will be responsible for advertising sales and feature story development.

Paul Clarkin has been named to the Gold tier of New England Securities’ Inner Circle. He was among the top 300 honorees from a field of more than 2,300. The award recognizes excellence in the areas of client services and investment sales.

Brian Norton has joined the Cascade Commercial Group as executive assistant and broker associate. His focus remains in commercial office and medical sales and leasing.

Wendel P. Torres has been invited to participate in the Small Business Summit in Washington, D.C. The summit is hosted by the House Committee on Small Business. Torres is president of Alliance General Contractors. This is the second year he has participated in the event.

Linda J. Boedeker has been named executive director of the Southern Colorado AIDS Project. She joined the organization in May as interim executive director, having previously worked with the Gill Foundation and the Gay & Lesbian Fund for Colorado.

Kristi Graning has been promoted to senior vice president of information technology and eBusiness at Re/Max International. She joined the company in 1991 and most recently was vice president of information technology.

Mike Ryan has been promoted to senior vice president of Re/Max International’s Satellite Network and corporate training. He joined the company in 1995 and helped launch the satellite program.

Geoff Lewis has been promoted to chief legal officer of Re/Max International. He joined the company in 2004 as senior vice president/general counsel, and served as vice president of corporate development and general counsel for Hyster-Yale Materials Handling Inc. in Portland, Ore.

Peggy Promen has been appointed loan processor at Funding Partners. She has nearly 25 years of experience in banking.

Ashley Monahan has been appointed partnership development coordinator at Funding Partners. She has several years of experience in asset and property management, most recently as affordable housing director for Neighbor to Neighbor.

Laura Jarvis has been appointed marketing/fianance intern at Funding Partners. She is a senior at Colorado State University, where she is studying marketing and finance.

J.D. Bartlett has been appointed director of sales and marketing at Leisure Trends Group. His prior experience includes senior management roles with several multinational consumer-goods companies, including Zenith, Philips, NEC and IBM.
