Tony Greer was ranked as one of Keller Williams’ top 10 Realtors who sponsored agents to join the company during the last month. Greer works at Premier Realty in Canon City. He joined the company in June 2004.

Lori Lynn Nevarez has been named the Region VIII Minority Small Business Person of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration. She is the president of Innovar Environmental Inc. in Littleton. The company was founded in 2000 and has 95 employees.

Jay Garten has been elected first officer of the Southern Chapter of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association. He is president of Peoples Mortgage Corp.

Mary Fryer has been elected second officer of the Southern Chapter of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association. She is senior mortgage officer at Adams Bank and Trust.

Jill E. Darling CTP has joined Vectra Bank Colorado as treasury management consultant. She has more than 24 years of experience, most recently as vice president of treasury management and technology services with UMB Bank.

Marilyn L. Mace has joined Vectra Bank Colorado as a treasury management consultant. She has 18 years of treasury management experience, most recently with Colorado Business Bank.

Rick T. Moore has joined Vectra Bank Colorado as a treasury management consultant. He has 12 years of experience, most recently working for U.S. Bank’s treasury management group.

Cheryl L. Eaton has joined Fidelity Real Estate Group as a broker associate. She is a former travel agent and teacher.

Pam Kellen has joined New England Financial as marketing director. She previously worked in the personal protection and property casualty industry.

Chris Blees of BiggsKofford was an instructor in "The Overview of the M&A Marketplace and Transaction Advisory Process" at the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors Credentialing Program for Certification in Mergers & Acquisitions this week at Northwestern University in Chicago. He is a director with BiggsKofford and has been involved in more than 300 merger, acquisition or sale transactions in the last five years.

Ed Kruse has joined the Colorado Cattlemen’s Association as a membership field representative. He previously was the general manager for the Colorado State Fair and has more than 36 years of agricultural education and experience.

Joshua A. Waymire has earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst license from the Investment management Consultants Association. He is a financial consultant at Smith Barney and has worked in the financial services industry for more than 10 years.

Tim Toussaint has joined Drake General Contractors as a project manager. He most recently worked on big box retail projects for Colorado Structures.

Joel Fry has been named a partner at Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons. He focuses on real estate, finance, corporate and securities law.

Edward A. Gleason has been named a partner at Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons. He is special counsel in Colorado Springs and focuses on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.

Larry Beranek has joined Drake General Contractors as chief estimator. He most recently was an estimator with Casson Duncan in Englewood.

David A. Ervin has been named executive director of The Resource Exchange. He has worked in a variety of capacities in the intellectual and developmental disabilities industry since 1987, including holding leadership positions with the AAMR and serving as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Colleen J. Hart has been promoted to partner at Kamlet Shepherd & Reichert LLP. She has expertise in regulatory, environmental and environmental matters.
