Linda J. Holland has joined the Colorado Springs Osteopathic Foundation as director of development. She has more than 20 years of experience in fund development, most recently as major gifts director at Marymount College in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.

Maggie Chamberlin Hoben has been certified as an industry analyst relations practitioner by the Knowledge Capital Group. She is the owner of Absolutely Public Relations.

Susan Hebert has joined The Country Club of Colorado as sales assistant for the Members Club. She studied hospitality at the University of New Orleans and has worked at the Royal Sonesta Hotel and the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans as concierge.

Jeanne Conder has received the Certified Planned Giving Specialist certification from the American Institute for Philanthropic Studies at California State University. She is vice president of the Goodwill Industries foundation.

Marni Huger has joined C.S. & Co. as a broker associate in the Chapel Hills office. She previously worked as a broker associate with Re/Max Properties.

Dawn Voss has joined Noodles & Co. as vice president of operations. She has 25 years of experience, most recently as a division vice president of operations for Wendy’s.

Richard McNaught CLU, ChFC has been named to the Field Advisory Council of Prudential Financial Inc. Members of the council and its subcommittees provide input and feedback to their home office partners about field-related programs and initiatives.

Nicholas Weherley has been named associate director of enrollment for Southern Colorado at the University of Phoenix. He previously served as an enrollment counselor in Phoenix, Ariz., and Learning center manager/enrollment manager in Oklahoma City.

Jeff Stedman has been named chief financial officer at Young Life. He has both financial and management experience, including 11 years at Cinemark, during which time he served as director, chief financial officer and director of finance.

Jim Kynor has joined the Pikes Peak Workforce Center as supervisor of the Business Relations Group. He previously was a consultant for Coopers & Lybrand, a senior manufacturing manager and a director with one of the largest and fastest-growing college systems in Texas.

Steve Mueller has joined the Pikes Peak Workforce Center as a consultant for the health care industry. He has experience in health care administration, commercial risk management and is a licensed multi-line commercial insurance broker, holding the designation of certified insurance counselor.

Steven R. Price has been elected the 2006 national president of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute. He is a partner at Benson-Price Commercial.
