Michael McDevitt has been promoted to director at Biggs Kofford. He has 17 years of experience in public accounting.

Elizabeth Sherman has been appointed vice president of business development in the Denver office of Lee Hecht Harrison. She previously served as a regional account manager for Skillsoft.

Michelle Reimer N.P. has joined the Colorado Springs Osteopathic Foundation’s Family Medicine Center as a nurse practitioner. She received her master’s degree in nursing in 2004 from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Science and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Michael H. Dulan has been appointed president of Key Bank’s Rocky Mountain region. He previously was executive vice president of consumer banking for Bank of America, where he managed 4,000 employees and 400 retail branches in Georgia and Tennessee.

Tom Runnells has been named manager of the Colorado Springs Sky Sox. He managed the Double-A Tulsa Drillers for the past two seasons.

Chuck Kniffin has joined the Colorado Springs Sky Sox as pitching coach. He spent last season as the pitching coach for Triple-A Syracuse affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays.

Wade Harris has joined Academy Bank as senior vice president of commercial lending. He has more than 18 years of banking and lending experience.
