Justen Powell has joined Academy Bank as assistant vice president of commercial lending. He has been a mortgage professional for seven years.

Kevin Bailey has joined Ent Federal Credit Union as an investment services representative. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University and a master’s degree from Regent University.

Rosalinda Chaney has been named team leader for Keller Williams Premier Realty. She has been a residential real estate specialist since 1989 and is chairwoman-elect of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors.

Maile Foster has joined Strategic Financial Partners as vice president of investments. She has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and was previously a management consultant.

Shirley Colvard has joined Strategic Financial Partners as a financial representative. Her practice focuses on the women’s market.

Leslie Johnson has joined Sanden, Seltzer & Anderson P.C. as a member of the audit and tax departments. She has a bachelor’s degree from California State University Northridge.

Jim Bull has joined Big O Tires as vice president of sales and operations for the West Division. He has 28 years of experience, most recently working in Saudi Arabia where he established a tire, parts and service business under the Red Cap trademark.

Kanwaljeet “Rikki” Boparai has been named to the 2006 board of directors of the Colorado Hotel & Lodging Association. He is director of operations of Cheyenne Mountain Resort.

Billy Stickle has joined ICG Communications as senior accounts manager for Southern Colorado. He is returning to Colorado Springs after a four-year assignment in Albuquerque.

Lauri Ann Maloney has joined Rusinak Real Estate as a broker. She will specialize in residential sales and service.

Richard Thomas has been named director of planning for Adolfson & Peterson Construction. He has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, and previously worked in a similar capacity for a firm in Georgia.

Steve Mueller has joined the Pikes Peak Workforce Center as a consultant for the health care industry. He has experience in health care administration, commercial risk management and is a licensed multi-line commercial insurance broker, holding the designation of certified insurance counselor.

Robert Redwine CLU ChFC has been re-appointed to AXA Advisors’ Sterling Group Advisory Board. He is a financial representative in Pueblo.

Tony Gagliardi has been named Colorado state director of the National Federation of Independent Business. He is the former owner of Tony Gagliardi & Associates and has worked with small businesses and trade associations for nearly a decade.

Mary D. Petryszyn has received the Society of Women Engineers’ Upward Mobility Award. She is vice president of Joint Battlespace Integration for Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems.

Jim Kynor has joined the Pikes Peak Workforce Center as supervisor of the Business Relations Group. He previously was a consultant for Coopers & Lybrand, a senior manufacturing manager and a director with one of the largest and fastest-growing college systems in Texas.
