Roger C. Powell has joined Colorado Springs Style magazine as director of sales and marketing. He has more than 20 years of experience in the publishing industry, and was the founder of the Colorado Springs Business Journal.

Jim Bull has joined Big O Tires as vice president of sales and operations for the West Division. He has 28 years of experience, most recently working in Saudi Arabia where he established a tire, parts and service business under the Red Cap trademark.

Michael Heinrichs has graduated from the Glaxo Smith Kline Executive Management Program for Pharmacy Leaders. He is associate administrator of clinical support services at Memorial Hospital. The program is sponsored by the American Pharmacists Association.

Kassidy Hall has joined Strategic Financial Partners as a financial service representative. She will focus on helping medical professionals and women in the areas of wealth accumulation, retirement, estate and business planning.

Douglas Woods has been named chairman of the board of directors for Pikes Peak Integrated Solutions, the holding company for Pikes Peak Behavioral Health Group. He is First Community Bank’s regional president for Colorado Springs.

Steve Elder has received the 2005 Outstanding Fundraising Professional award from the Colorado Springs division of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. He is vice president for advancement at Colorado College.

Kathleen Wetherbee has joined Premier Mortgage Group as a loan officer. She has more than 14 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including management experience.

Pamela Kastrava has been promoted to manager of Ent Federal Credit Union’s Woodland Park Center. She has worked for Ent for more than six years, previously serving as center supervisor at the Centennial Boulevard branch.

Lisa Hill has been promoted to manager of Ent Federal Credit Union’s Stetson Hills Center. She has worked for Ent since 1988, most recently running the Jet Wing Center.

LaShae Woodard has been promoted to manager of Ent Federal Credit Union’s Jet Wing Center. She has worked for Ent for 16 years, most recently as manager of the Woodland Park Center.

Cindy Abrams has been promoted to manager at Ent Federal Credit Union’s Centennial Boulevard branch. She has worked for Ent for three years.

Carol Warnick has been elected to the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. She is of counsel in Holland & Hart’s Denver office.

Billy Stickle has joined ICG Communications as senior accounts manager for Southern Colorado. He is returning to Colorado Springs after a four-year assignment in Albuquerque.

Wayne Carey has been appointed senior vice president and hub practice leader of Lee Hecht Harrison’s Denver office. He has served in executive positions with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Abbott Laboratories, Michigan National Corp. and the City of Detroit.

Nicholas Weherley has been named associate director of enrollment for Southern Colorado at the University of Phoenix. He previously served as an enrollment counselor in Phoenix, Ariz., and Learning center manager/enrollment manager in Oklahoma City.

Brendan Curry has been named vice president of government affairs of the Space Foundation. He previously was senior legislative assistant on the staff of U.S. Rep. Dave Weldon of Florida.
