Jillene “Jill” Heap has been appointed executive vice president and director of treasury management for Colorado Capital Bank. She has more than 25 years of banking experience.

Marnel Mola has joined the human resources services department of Mountain States Employers Council. She has experience in employee relations, performance management, benefits and compensation.

D. Clay Gafford has become a co-owner of Berwick Electric Co. He has worked for Berwick since 1977 and is contract department manager.

Anthony J. Cerciello has become a co-owner of Berwick Electric Co. He has worked for the company since 1986 and moved into project management in 1999.

Waldo S. Pendleton has become co-owner of Berwick Electric Co. He has worked for the company since 1986 and is senior estimator of the contract department.

Karen Harkin has received the designation of certified mortgage banker. She is home finance director of the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority.

Cindy Bradley has received the designation of certified mortgage banker. She is loan production manager of the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority.

Nikki Valerio Wall has joined the sales team at 104.5 KKCS. She worked for four years in radio sales at KSTY in CaÑon City and has 11 years of experience in advertising.

Terry Steward has been promoted to full-time assistant to the program director at 104.5 KKCS. He is a weekend air personality and has more than 15 years experience in the radio industry.
