The cornerstone of Andrew Oyler’s career is built on the relationships he has established through integrity and market knowledge.
Oyler has a bachelor’s degree in environmental design in architecture, with an emphasis in real estate and planning from the University of Colorado in Boulder. He is working toward his Certified Commercial Investment Member and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation, in order to better serve his clients.
Oyler has facilitated leases and acquisitions with national and local companies such as Verizon, Motis, Metlife, Allstate, Colorado Structures, Jackson Creek Development, Realty Development Services, OC Interna-tional, DVERT and John Laing Homes.
He received special recognition for sales and leasing volume totaling more than $15 million in 2005. In 1995, Oyler received the Eisenhower-Evans Scholarship award from the Western Golf Association. He also is a member of the Par Club, which helps fund the scholarship program.
Oyler is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Office Council for Grubb & Ellis Colorado Springs.
His community service includes membership in the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors and volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, Court Appointed Special Advocates and the YMCA.
