His leadership roles in the community include being chairman-elect of American Red Cross Pikes Peak Chapter, board member of El Paso County Medical Society Physicians Foundation and executive board member for the Community Health Partnership.
Hobbs graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in marketing, communications and world literature.
