Paul Riesling MBA has been named to the Platinum tier of New England Financial Securities’ Inner Circle.

Rosa Jimenez De Pritchett has joined Colorado Architecture Partnership LLP as project coordinator and drafter. She has more than 18 years of experience in residential and commercial planning and drafting.

David C. Bunkers CPA has joined Griffis/Blessing as senior vice president of finance and administration. He has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, information and technology, human resources management and purchasing.

Wendel P. Torres has been appointed to the U.S. Small Business Administration National Advisory Council. He is managing partner of Torix General Contractors.

Delilah Vargas has been named training and marketing manager of Peoples National Bank. She has worked for the bank for six years and has experience as an assistant manager and branch manager.

Bill LeGrand has been named chief lending officer at Peoples National Bank. He has more than 22 years of banking experience.

Art Henry has been named Symphony division manager of Saddletree/Symphony Homes. He previously was a vice president, commercial lender at Vectra Bank.

Paul Schlauch was named the world’s leading mining lawyer at the 2006 Who’s Who Legal Awards. He is a partner in Holland & Hart’s Denver Tech Center office and has more than 30 years experience in legal issues relating to the mining industry.

Joe Garcia has received the 2006 Shirley B. Gordon Award of Distinction from the American Association of Community Colleges. He is president of Pikes Peak Community College.

Clay Sorrick Jr. CLU ChFC MSFS has been named to the Platinum tier of New England Financial Securities’ Inner Circle.

Mark G. O’Donnell has joined Sierra Commercial Real Estate Inc. as a broker associate in the office division. He has worked in the commercial real estate industry for two years in Colorado Springs.

Dave Sandlin has re-joined G.E. Johnson Construction Co. as construction executive. He was previously a vice president of operations before leaving to pursue an advanced construction degree at Colorado State University.

Dr. David S. Herr has been named chief medical officer for Rocky Mountain Health Plans. He joined the company in 1993 after 21 years in private pediatric practice.

Jessica Rowe has joined Design Benefits Inc. as a regional health and life insurance agent.
