Ann MacDonald R.N., LCSW, BCD has been named program director at Pikes Peak Partnership. She has extensive experience in the health care and nonprofit industries, including working for Goodwill Industries of Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak Mental Health Center.

Gerald Snyder has joined the M.A. Mortenson Co. as a construction executive. He has experience in corporate management, strategic planning, design/build projects, risk management and dispute resolution, and previously was the vice president of operations for Skanska USA Building’s Colorado division.

Doug Small has been named senior vice president of the Denver Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau. He previously was the president of the Syracuse Convention & Visitors Bureau, where he led New York in occupancy growth in 2005.

David Twibell has been promoted to president of wealth management at Colorado Capital Bank. He is a former lawyer and is an expert in the areas of financial and estate planning, retirement strategies and tax planning.

Scott W. Miller has been promoted to managing associate of New England Financial Services. Prior to joining the company two years ago, he was a financial adviser with AXA Advisors and also served in the Naval Reserve, achieving the rank of commander.

Vince Fandel has joined The Bank at Broadmoor and The Bank at Briargate as a commercial loan officer. He has 15 years of experience in the banking industry, including working for three major banking institutions in Colorado as a vice president of sales and operation, president/CEO and commercial/business banker.
