Not that I’m having a problem dealing with turning 40, but it seems that anything remotely age-related has been catching my eye as of late. Case in point: The latest survey from Office Team, which shows that most workers think age is irrelevant at the office. According to the survey, 84 percent of respondents said they would be comfortable reporting to a manager who is younger than they are and 89 percent said they wouldn’t mind supervising employees older than themselves.
