Phoenix hosting enrollment meeting

The University of Phoenix-Colorado Springs is hosting an informational enrollment meeting from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 9 at 5725 Mark Dabling Blvd., Suite 150.

Information will be available about applications, enrollment and financial aid.

Air Force Academy band hosting holiday concerts

The U.S. Air Force Academy Band is hosting holiday concerts, “Holly and Ivy,” at 7 p.m. Dec. 11, 12 and 13 at the Pikes Peak Center, 190 S. Cascade Ave., and Dec. 14 at the Colorado State Fairgrounds Event Center, 1000 Beulah Ave. in Pueblo.

The concerts will feature the Concert Band and the Heritage Voices. Tickets are required, and are available for the Colorado Springs concerts at the Pikes Peak Center Box Office and the World Arena Box Office. Tickets for the Pueblo concert are available at the Event Center and the Pueblo Chieftain.

Conservatory: ‘Amahl and the Night Visitors’

The Colorado Springs Conservatory and the Chamber Orchestra of the Spring is bringing “Amahl and the Night Visitors” to Colorado Springs, Woodland Park and Pueblo.

The one-act holiday opera by American composer Gian Carlo Menotti is sung in English.

Performances are scheduled for the following dates:

The Pikes Peak Library District is hosting the following business class this month.

PPWFC hosting workshops, networking groups
