The average national price for gasoline rose about 13 cents during the last two weeks, according to a Lundberg and Associates survey released yesterday.
The average price of regular gasoline on Friday was $3.09 a gallon. Mid-grade was $3.21, and premium was $3.32.
The nation’s lowest price was in Tucson, Ariz., where a gallon of regular cost $2.91, on average. The highest was in San Francisco at $3.48.
The survey included prices from 7,000 gas stations nationwide.
