Dan Oftedahl has been appointed market president of Humana Inc.’s Colorado operations. He most recently served as regional vice president for KMG America, a subsidiary of Humana specializing in group and voluntary insurance based in Minnesota.
Jack E. Kosakowski has been appointed to serve on President Bush’s Advisory council on Financial Literacy. He is executive vice president of Junior Achievement Worldwide and chief operating officer and president of Junior Achievement USA.
Pete Carey has been promoted to deputy chief of the Colorado Springs Police Department. He joined the force in 1984.
Cynthia (Cyndi) Clark has joined The Bank at Broadmoor as assistant vice president and manager of the West Colorado Avenue branch. She has experience in banking, management and customer service.
Candy Burkett has been promoted to commercial portfolio manager at Griffis/Blessing Inc. She joined the company in 2004 as a commercial property assistant, bringing 10 years of real estate and property management experience.
Vince Cluxton has joined Peoples National Bank as a commercial lender. He has been a lender in El Paso County since 1986 and has experience in Small Business Administration, equipment, acquisition and real estate loans.
Lonnie Bernardoni has joined ProBuild Holdings Inc. as senior vice president of manufacturing. He previously was corporate vice president of new product introduction for Motorola.
Mark Kling has joined The Family Resource Center Association as executive director. He is a former corporate vice president and general counsel.
Barbara Ann Dalvano has joined Engel & Reiman P.C. Her law practice will focus on estate and wealth planning, business succession, taxation and commercial transactions.
Carrie McKee has joined Pikes Peak United Way as community impact specialist, and is the acting director of community initiatives. She has 10 years of nonprofit experience and previously was area director for Southern Colorado Springs Young Life.
Annette D. Fryman has been named interim chief operating officer of Pike Peak Behavioral Health Group. She previously served as the senior vice president of Connect Care/ProCare.
Justin Burns has joined Mesa Networks as a senior sales executive. He has worked in the telecommunications industry for eight years.
