Executive Systems, Inc., a Colorado Springs-based executive suite, virtual office, conference center and live-answer receptionist provider since 1991 has been acquired by Office Evolution of Boulder.

Mark Hemmeter, president of Office Evolution, said the acquisition expands his company’s presence along the Front Range to 14 sites.

The three Colorado Springs locations owned until recently by Executive Systems founder Kimberly Moore, include operations at 2 N. Cascade in the Bank One building, 1115 Elkton Drive and 1155 Kelly Johnson Blvd.

Hemmeter said Moore had built a client base of more than 100 individuals and small companies.

“The acquisition supports our mission to provide small and mid-size businesses in Colorado with efficient, high-end, multi-location professional office suites, services and amenities,” he said, adding that he expects to expand the company’s local and Front Range presence within the next three years to at least 30 offices.

Prior to buying the Colorado Springs operation, Office Evolution had 850 clients and handled close to 35,000 calls per month, Hemmeter said.
