Eric Hall is a native of a Colorado Springs. He ran the Pikes Peak Marathon for the first time last year and enjoyed it so much he is doing it again this year.
Last year Hall successfully argued a case before the Colorado Supreme Court. He was named Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year by the El Paso County Bar Association in May 2005.
Previously, he was a judicial law clerk for Judge David M. Ebel of the Tenth Circuit United States Court of Appeals. And he was named Teacher of the Year at Trinity School at River Ridge in 1997.
Hall was selected for the 2008 Class of Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training. He is chair of the Founders Committee for Veritas Academy, a 6-12 Classical Liberal Arts Charter School proposed for District 11.
He was a two-year trustee, previous membership chairman and Web site subcommittee chairman for the El Paso County Bar Association. In his spare time he enjoys playing chess, hiking and coaching his daughters’ city soccer leagues.
He is married to Mary Faith and they have four children, Beatrice, 9, Eva, 7, Juliet, 5, and John Francis, 2.
