One of my many multiple personalities is “Mr. Cynic”, and I’d bet a nice lunch somewhere downtown that, while Landco counsel may have been thinking about this deal for 60 days, maybe even longer, they didn’t actually get going until the retainer was paid…….

I especially enjoy the well meaning victim spin put on this…..somehow, seeing ‘well meaning victim’ and ‘real estate developer ‘ in the same story is enough to create an audible chuckle…(or is it gas?)

One has to admire the folks in Marshall’s PR firm….they have to be pretty thick skined…otherwise how could they generate the spin on this deal, when there’s every indication most of it may be nonsense….

Sounds like there might be an opportunity for some other high powered local PR firms…..of course, they’d better get retainers also……

Who says we’re not creating jobs locally……?
