		<description><![CDATA[Energy is a zero sum game so adding jobs to make the same amount of energy does not calculate to savings. In fact during this recession we are using less. The statement &quot;we might lose jobs in the short run&quot; is another statement I cannot understand. Why can&#039;t on an even playing field we talk factually about the different energy forms. I think it is because there is no way we can add jobs, subsidize some forms while penalizing others, promoting higher cost energy and make this make sense.]]></description>
