      The City of Colorado Springs has published the 2009 Budget-in-Brief booklet on its Web site.   The booklet is intended to be an easy-to-read guide that features facts, figures and graphs that summarize the budget and its revenue sources and expenditures. The online booklet can be accesed by clicking here or by visiting springsgov.com and entering "2009 Budget in Brief" ...
