A former Fort Carson soldier is on the Colorado 4th Judicial District’s Most Wanted list.

The district attorney’s office has issued an arrest warrant for Luz Rodriguez Manriquez, who is accused of felony fraud.

He was a sergeant with the Mountain Post’s 4th Infantry Division and now is a real estate agent.

Retired Army Col. Michael Resty, former Fort Carson garrison commander, filed the complaint which led to the warrant being issued.

According to the district attorney’s office, Manriquez has been charged with “securities-fraud or deceit, (and) … theft-$20,000 or more.”
