Judy Blotz has joined Ent Federal Credit Union as a private banking officer. She previously was assistant vice president of personal banking at Chase Bank.

Dustin Horras has been named principal of Evans International Elementary School in Falcon School District 49. He has been assistant principal for the past three years.

Dave Briggs has qualified for the Million Dollar round Table. He is president of Colorado Financial Group.

Kurt A. Johnson has been named associate director of the Center for Homeland Security at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He previously served as the senior legal adviser to the commander of the North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command.

Jane Young CFP, EA, was one of 59 graduates of the 2009 Leadership Program of the Rockies. She is an adviser at Pinnacle Financial Concepts Inc.

Cindy Senger ASID, NCIDQ, has received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional designation. She is principal of Senger Design Group.

Michele Salentine CPA has been promoted to senior associate in the audit department at BiggsKofford P.C. She joined the firm during January 2008.

Eric Drummond has received the 2009 Sustainability Champion Award from the Colorado Environmental Partnership and the Colorado Department of Public health and Environment (Office of Environmental Integration and Sustainability). He is mayor of Manitou Springs.

Carm Moceri has been named chief strategy officer of Memorial Health System. He has been working at Memorial on an interim basis for the past 14 months.
