David Csintyan has been selected to participate in the Ford Foundation Fellowship for Regional Sustainable Development. He is CEO of the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce.

Chris Fullen has been named director of relocation and business development for The Platinum Group. She has 16 years of relocation experience, including 14 with the Prudential network.

Melissa A. Tuttle has been promoted to manager at BKD LLP. She is a certified public accountant and has worked for the firm for seven years.

Doug Carter was ranked 31st among almost 1,000 Sperry Van Ness real estate agents nationwide. He is the top producing Sperry Van Ness adviser in Colorado, and has ranked among the top 5 percent of agents nationwide for three consecutive years.

Tabitha Hughes has received a Regional Champions Award from Allstate Insurance Co. She is an exclusive agency owner.

D. Edward Sauer has been named chairman of the Colorado Bankers Association. He is president and CEO of The Bank at Broadmoor.

Gordon Miller has been promoted to senior partner of strategic services at Dovetail Solutions. He is a workplace expert and has written best-selling books about the topic.

Robert Owens has joined Power Staff Inc. as El Paso County area vice president.

Jane Robbe Rhodes has been named president of the Catholic Health Initiatives Colorado Foundation. She served as president of the St. Mary-Corwin Foundation in Pueblo for 21 years.

Derrol Moorhead has been named business development director of The Rocky Mountain Youth Clinics. He previously worked for the Medical Group Management Association, where he served in the areas of communications, membership and marketing.

Amy Powers has been named executive vice president and general counsel of Fitness Together Holdings Inc. She previously was a senior vice president and assistant general counsel for the Quiznos franchise system.

Nancy Van Tine has joined First Commercial Bank Colorado as a customer service representative.

Eric Ashcroft has been re-elected to a one-year term as a Muscular Dystrophy Association national vice president. He is vice president of Ron Covington Homes.

Bob Haimes has been named executive vice president and chief growth officer of Fitness Together Holdings Inc. He most recently served as executive vice president and board member of Efficient Forms LLC in Littleton.

Mick Anna has been named corporate lead executive for company business for Northrop Grumman Corp. in Colorado Springs. He has worked for the company since 1983, most recently as corporate director of customer relations.
