The Denver City Council has approved an ordinance to protect the view of the Rocky Mountains from Coors Field, according to the Denver Post.
The council voted 9-3 to restrict the height of new developments northwest of Coors Field.
Landowner Bahman Shafa, president of Focus Property Group, said the ordinance could cost him as much as $1million. He said he left the repression of Iran to prosper and find freedom in the United States – only to be blocked again.
The repression of Iran to prosper, only to be blocked again? Pure class. I hear Fox News is hiring, and need folks with such a fair & balanced perspective.
Really, who would want to ever see the mountains?
