Stephannie Finley has been named Business Leader of the Year by the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce. She is president of the Governmental Affairs and Public Policy Division of the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce, and a principal staff member of its political action committee.

Karen Sugano has been promoted to senior regional vice president of PartyLife. She previously worked in accounting.

John Swartout has been named executive director of the Colorado Coalition of Land Trusts. He previously was executive director of Great Outdoors Colorado.

Renata Tylka has joined the Colorado Springs Renaissance Hotel, Spa and Conference Center as account executive. She has more than six years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Debbie Broderick has joined Re/Max Properties Inc. as a broker associate in the south office. She has more than 15 years of real estate experience.

Mitch Poll has been named managing director for partnership marketing for the U.S. Olympic Committee. He previously was group managing director for customer sales and partnership marketing for the National Football League.

Jerry Bagg has been named president of the Catholic Health Initiatives Foundation. He previously was president of the CHI Colorado Foundation Inc.

William D. Nelson has joined the Colorado Springs office of Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons LLP as a partner. He has been practicing at the firm’s Denver office for 10 years, and will continue to provide general representation of securities broker-dealers and state and federal registered investment advisers, registered representatives and financial planners.

Dr. Greg Pauls has joined American Electric Vehicles as director of engineering. He has 15 years of industry experience with electronics design ranging from IC chips to DC-DC converters, and most recently was president of Anatrix.

Jeannie Breeding has joined Hunter-Wolff Gallery. She is a watercolorist and oil painter.
