Don’t know the difference between CHIPRA and COBRA, but are still interested in following the health care reform debate?
The Colorado Health Institute has put together a list of objective, nonpartisan resources for people interested in finding out more about reform proposals in Congress.
And now you can download the CHI’s glossary of health care terms at their Web site www.coloradohealthinstitute.org/healthwords.aspx.
Also included in CHI’s health reform resource compilation are links to several recent publications related to much of the health reform discussion underway, including how Colorado stands in health care coverage and access.
For the list of resources, visit: http://www.coloradohealthinstitute.org/Documents/health-care-reform.pdf.
By the way, CHIPRA is the Childrens Health Insurance Reauthorization Act of 2009 and COBRA is the Consolidated Omnibus Reauthorization Act, that allow unemployed workers to take their insurance with them.
