Whole Foods claims largest U.S. energy offset purchase 
Whole Foods Market said today it has bought about 776 million kilowatt hours of renewable energy credits - something they say is the largest purchase of renewable energy credits by a U.S. retailer.
The credits were purchased through Boulder-based Renewable Choice Energy Inc.
