    Three free public discussions about upcoming ballot measures and school board candidates are scheduled this week. Manitou Springs A Manitou Springs city council and school board candidtate forum is scheduled from 5:30 to 7 p.m. tonight at Manitou City Hall, 606 Manitou Ave.  Mayoral and council candidates will answer questions from the media and audience members.
