A growing family owned company, D&B Precision Products, has purchased a 20,250-square-foot, two-building manufacturing facility at 55, 65, 75 and 85 Mount View Lane for $1.2 million.
The seller, M.C. Leasing LLLP, was represented by Mike Helwege and Steve Bach of Bach Real Estate Partners. The buyer was represented by Charley Conrad of Olive Real Estate Group.
Owners David and Brenda Alberti, moved the operation from a smaller headquarters at 5855 Terminal Ave.
The precision sheet metal fabricator employs 18 employees and provides products to a variety of military and civilian customers, both domestic and international.
Alice Road Holdings LLC, a local family partnership, has purchased an office building at 2760 N. Academy Blvd. for $515,000.
The seller, OATP LLC, was represented by Tim and Steve Leigh of Hoff & Leigh. Todd Dorman of Dorman Real Estate Services represented the buyer, and said his company will become a tenant in the building.
Heartland Campus Solutions has leased 9,920 square feet in the Briargate Tech office center at 2375 Telstar Drive.
“This represents the first new lease … at Briargate Tech properties since it was purchased by Lincoln Property Co./Colorado Springs Office Buildings, Inc.,” said Palmer McAllister/Cushman & Wakefield broker Greg Phaneuf.

Colorado College’s Edith Kinney Gaylord Cornerstone Arts Center has been awarded gold-level Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
The 72,419-square-foot arts teaching and performance building, designed by architect Antoine Predock, opened during fall 2008 and earned certification based on its sustainable site; water efficiency; energy and atmosphere; materials and resources; indoor environmental quality; and innovation and design process.
