Alliance Financial moves to Springs, expects to add 52 jobs

Alliance Financial Partners has relocated its headquarters to Colorado Springs.

The company specializes in commercial and residential lending through brokered mortgage loans as well as direct lending.

Located at 130 East Kiowa, the company plans to hire 15 employees this year and 37 during the next four years. Employees will include loan origination executives, client relationship executives, Web/IT support and loan processors. Resumes should be directed to http://www.allcocolorado.com.

Alliance is an approved FHA/VA lender. Annual sales are $112 million, with a growth rate of 15 percent.

Alliance also has offices in Dana Point, Calif., and Phoenix.
