Early polling results show that Issue 300, which would affect how the city’s enterprises can share money with the city, is winning 55 percent to 44 percent.
That’s with 304 precincts reporting and 77,778 votes cast.
The El Paso County Elections office reports that 43,017 votes have been cast in favor of the issue and 34,761 against it.
