I don't know anything about CityRock but Quick Gym is the most awesome workout I have ever encountered. I did read that training rarely last more than 45 minutes at CityRock. Well, Quick Gym training sessions never go over 8 minutes of exercise. And that 8 minutes is more intense than any 60 minute workout. I used to go to Bally's primitive gym and I achieved far more in only 2 and a half months at Quick Gym that I did at Bally's in 8 months.

I'm excited about another fitness club in town that will actually help you get stronger and healthier. IQuick Gym (where I'm a member) is located in the Antlers Hilton/Wells Fargo building and only uses cross fit, interval training. All current research shows whole body workouts like what Quick Gym and CityRock provide, are safer and healthier than the primitive gym programs. The programs and the time they take are crazy but people don't know any better. Cross fitness, interval style training has been around since 1930 but is very hard to convince people that less is more when they have been trained the opposite their whole life. Quick Gym's training style is used by Olympic Athletes, Navy Seals, Martial Artist, Boxers, rehab patients, as well as the very elderly (93). From what I know of CityRock, They will be another choice in the Springs for those that want to get away from the primitive styles of training and make a choice to be healthier. For those those that like the primitive exercise equipment, more power to you.
WELCOME CITYROCK.

I'm very excited to hear that the old theatre will be getting a fun new use and I'm thrilled that it will be downtown. BTW - regarding parking, there is a city parking garage across the street, a surface lot on Pikes Peak Ave. about a half a block away and four hour meters on Kiowa next to city hall. I'd say there is plenty of parking.
