The Colorado Public Interest Research Group has created a mobile-phone Web site that offers information about hazardous toys. The site, www.toysafety.mobi is availableĀ on Internet-enabled cell phones. Tomorrow, the group will release a full hazardous-toy report, "Trouble in Toyland."
