Marshall, Brodie indicted on 33 counts

A grand jury has indicted LandCo Equity Partners Chairman Ray Marshall and President Jim Brodie on 33 counts.

The indictment accuses the developers of violations of the Colorado Organized Crime Act, securities fraud and theft, all felonies.

The indictment is the result of a six-month investigation into the company’s business dealings.

LandCo was the developer of the U.S. Olympic Committee building at 27 S. Tejon St.
