Next point I like is the don’t let late payments become a habit. I am on the fence for hiring an outside collection agency go and try and retrieve late payments, in fear I may loose the customer, But I am coming to the conclusion that losing a customer that pays late is a better option, and sending a collection person after them shows they can’t be late on my payments I won’t let it go…

And the point about it being the holidays, I can see that these businesses might be even more apt to be late using the holiday season as an excuse. As if their low cash flow should be “my” problem. You hired me to do a service, the service was done now pay your bill…
