Job training is at the top of the list for the 2010 legislature.
State lawmakers plan to unveil the package at 2 p.m. today at the Jefferson County Workforce Center in Golden.
Gov. Bill Ritter also will discuss a statewide “CareerReady Colorado certificate” program, certifying that prospective workers have achieved certain skills needed on the job, including applied math and reading.
Check CSBJ.com later today for updates.
The key is, will employers recognize a CareerReady Colorado Certificate?
