It is no doubt different then most people from Colorado are used to but the flavor,,,,,,,,,,. Get the brisket-moist! Not for the health minded. For those people, get the brisket-lean. Jalapeno sausage is next on the list. Cream corn (I’m not even a creamed corn fanatic) is good. And don’t forget the peach cobbler.
We are from Denver and have little hesitation to drive to CS and relax, visit with folks, and eat great BBQ. Absolutely nothing fancy here. Get your bottled soda/beer while you are waiting in line. Order your meal (placed on butcher paper in plastic container that looks like the Coke folks left there case racks behind), couple slices of bread and for those who want a fountain drink, get the sweet tea.
