Robert Bode has been named director of the Office of Financial Aid, Student Employment and Scholarships at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He previously was financial aid director for Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minn.
Robert B. Hancock has earned the Certified Fraud Examiner credential. He is tax manager of The Shafer Group.
