Plan ahead for state’s last furlough day 
El Paso County officials are sending notice that a number of services will not be available Thursday Dec. 31, the Colorado Department of Revenue's final furlough day of the year.
The El Paso County Motor Vehicle Office will offer limited services. It will handle some motor vehicle transactions, but now driver's licenses will be processed that day.
