An Orlando-based firm will oversee phase one of Centura Health’s expansion in Castle Rock.
HuntonBrady Architects was named the architect of record for the $23.6 million development, scheduled to start in late summer 2010.
The first of the two phase development will include a 40,000 square foot medical office building and 20,000 square foot emergency room and imaging center.
Centura will send out a request for proposal for the construction manager segment of the project next month, which is expected to last about 30 days.
HuntonBrady was named one of the top 30 health care design architects in the nation during 2009.
