The Colorado Procurement Technical Assistance Center can help small business owners expand their horizons and grow their business.

Business owners interested in learning more about government contracting opportunities in Colorado Springs can attend a seminar from 7:30 to 9 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 25, at BiggsKofford, 630 Southpointe Court, Suite 200.

Keynote speakers will be Tom Elam, director of the Colorado PTAC, and Ken Knapp, deputy director.

Their presentation will address such issues as:

  • What exactly does the PTAC do?
  • How the local PTAC can help your business move into the government contracting arena.
  • What the PTAC will do for Colorado Springs in the long term.
  • What you need to do in order to increase your chances to get government contracts.
