The American Water Works Association has named David LaFrance as its new Executive Director. LaFrance has served as Director of Finance for Denver Water for the past 12 years and is a respected industry leader in the areas of utility economics and water rates. He served as chairman of AWWA’s Audit Committee from 2005-08 and its Rates and Charges Subcommittee from 1993-2002.

Adrienne Davidson has been named director of sales of the newly re-launched Holiday Inn Airport and the Holiday Inn Express. Shas been a resident of Colorado Springs for 14 years and has been in the hospitality business for 18.

Christina Hernandez is the new sales assistant of the Holiday Inn Airport and the Holiday Inn Express. She recently moved to Colorado Springs from Ft Hood, Texas with her family.

Candy Molter has joined Kirkpatrick Bank as vice president of commercial lending. She has 17 years’ experience and was most previously with American National Bank.

Cory Martinez has joined Kirkpatrick Bank as assistant vice president of loan administration. She was most recently with Great Western Bank.

The partners of Faegre & Benson LLP have elected Leslie A. Fields (partner, Denver) and Kathlyn E. Noecker (partner, Minneapolis) to the firm’s management committee. Each was elected to a four-year term beginning March 1.

Faegre & Benson also announced this week that Andrew G. Humphrey (partner, Minneapolis) became chair of the firm’s management committee on March 1.
