Mike Mossman has been named general manager of operations for Everest University Online’s new education service center, which is scheduled to open this summer at the Corporate Ridge Office and Technology Center.
A customer service and operations specialist, Mossman has worked in the telecommunications, healthcare, utilities and airline industries. He is also a three-time award winner from J.D. Power and Associates for customer service excellence.
The company plans to hire a workforce of more than 500 employees for the Education Service Center, which will provide student support services in admissions, financial aid, class enrollment, technology and career placement assistance.
