Any issues are always blamed on existing department staff, users or the taxpayers themselves.

The whole point of utilizing FAST is to pay them a lot of money, and allow the state to “employ” more tax experts to “fix” the system. Really, the DOR wasted tax dollars and selected the wrong software solution, and will cost tthe state even more $$ to make it work by throwing bodies at the problem. Yet another government mistake that we have to pay for.
