Seventeen builders and 23 homes will be featured in this year’s Parade of Homes, sponsored by the Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs.
The 56th annual event will run Aug. 6 – Aug. 22, and part of proceeds from ticket sales benefiting Care and Share food bank.
The Parade’s primary sites are Gold Hill Mesa and Meridian Ranch. The 17-day event will include 15 communities ranging from Jackson Creek on the north to Fountain on the south.
Each builder will design and construct at least one Parade home highlighting the latest in construction, design and energy efficient technologies.
